You are responsible for the cross-site technical, economic and disciplinary responsibility for our occupational medical centers at the locations in Berlin. You lead, motivate and develop a team with about 20 - 30 employees (m/w/d) from different professional groups, e.g. doctors, engineers, psychologists, medical professionals and academic health professionals. Economically, you are responsible for your locations and are responsible for optimal resource management and customer processing in the region. You are responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive customer network, carrying out customer visits and representing our company in your region. In addition, you are working on transnational projects and are in close cooperation with the regional department management.

Completed studies (e.g. business management, health management, social sciences, technology, medicine, psychology) Multiannual leadership experience, preferably in the service environment Ideally knowledge of occupational health and safety and occupational health management Entrepreneurial thinking, pronounced communication skills and safe occurrence High customer orientation and service Class B driving licence and readiness and flexibility for service travel
