As Head of Finance and Accounting (m/w/d) of the holding company, you are a trustee and savings partner of the shareholders as well as a contact person/interface to the business units. Together with their small team, you are responsible for the reliable execution of the entire payment transactions, support the subsidiaries in financial and accounting in the daily business and are contact persons for monthly and annual accounts. They take over controlling tasks and are the contact person for tax advisors / auditors, among others, on the topics of consolidation / consolidated balance sheet. Digitization, optimization and further development of the processes and structures of accounting in the operational units complete your task area.

They have a completed economic studies or a vocational training course with further training as an accounting officer. They have extensive, practice-proven professional experience in the field of financial/ accounting / controlling and come from a medium-sized company or from a tax consultancy company. They are “annual financial statements” and have good knowledge in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts (HGB). They are a long-term, loyal and integree personality.
