Possible tasks of this role Administration: Support in HR operations and personnel processes

Knowing the administrative activities, such as creating certificates, obtaining signatures, maintaining personal files

Maintenance of personal master data in SAP and data in the time economy

Working with special tasks and working on own small HR projects Recruiting: Participation in the organisation and implementation of the onboarding event for new employees

Participation in applicant management and candidate correspondence as well as the organisation of interviews

Qualification requirements You are in the advanced bachelor's or master's degree, preferably with a focus on staff

You've already gained first practical knowledge in personnel work

You have a careful and conscientious procedure

You are strong in communication

You have good Microsoft Office knowledge

You have very good German and English skills
