About us The location controlling is responsible for the financial management of a technologically demanding production environment and provides decision-relevant impulses for sustainable success. In this role, the controlling as a business partner is consistently further developed and actively contribute to the performance of the site in Landshut. Your duties Responsibility for the entire location controlling including budget planning, forecasting and short- and medium-term business planning Consolidation and assessment of individual planning (including sales, production, investment, personnel) to ensure an integrated overall picture Creating meaningful reports and performing sound deviation analyses with clear recommendations for management Implementation of economic analysis and investment calculations to support strategic decisions Business partner for factory management and specialist areas as well as participation in business management of connected units Leadership, development and motivation of the controlling team as well as drivers for the further development of controlling processes, in particular in the SAP environment Your profile Successfully completed studies of business management, economic engineering or a comparable discipline Multiannual relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company Proven leadership experience and strong ability to develop and empower employees Very good analytical skills combined with entrepreneurial thinking and a solution-oriented approach Sovereign handling of ERP systems (especially SAP) as well as high affinity for digital tools and data-driven analysis and decision-making processes Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
