Senior Consultant Technology & Digital - Banking (m/f/d)

You control and conduct IT, risk, compliance and transformation projects in the banking environment – from IT system and process testing to technology-driven consulting mandata. You are responsible for the analysis, evaluation and further development of IT systems, digital business processes and risk and security structures. You are advising our clients on the topics of digital transformation, IT governance, information security, regulatory requirements and compliance, as well as promoting future-oriented target images. With modern analysis, software and possibly AI-based tools contribute to the quality and efficiency of our auditing and consulting services and provide your own ideas for developing existing approaches. In addition, you take responsibility for professional work packages, support the project organization and participate in client communication as well as appointment and quality control. You work closely with consultants and managers and keep developing professionally and methodically.

A completed university degree (master or comparable) of economics, (economic) informatics or a comparable degree course Multiannual relevant professional experience in consulting or a comparable environment, ideally in banking, financial services or IT context First knowledge in at least one of the areas of IT audit, IT risk, digital risk or information security or banking regulation, governance and compliance or IT transformation, digitalization, data or Process management First experience in cooperation on projects, ideally with responsibility for sub-themes or work packages Embossed communication skills, analytical thinking and a structured, reliable way of working Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High team orientation, service and interest in professional development
