Project Assistance - Construction Projects / E-Charging Infrastructure (m/f/d)

You coordinate the resource planning for our E-Lade Infrastructure construction projects and ensure that all materials and teams are available on time. You accompany the commercial execution of the construction projects, from order acquisition to final settlement in our ERP system, in close coordination with the project management. You take over proactive communication and coordination with external partners such as offices, network operators and utilities. As a central contact person, you will be responsible for our clients in the case of organizational and commercial questions throughout the entire project period. You maintain the project documentation and create regular reporting to make the project progress transparent to all participants.

Their basis is a completed commercial or technical training. You bring first professional experience in order processing, ideally from a technical environment. In dealing with an ERP system, you are versed and do not have any fear of new digital tools. With your organizational talent and your structured work, you will ensure smooth operations and keep an overview. You communicate safely and service-oriented in German, both with customers and authorities.
