Reception & Reservation Staff (m/f/d)

Individual advice and support of our guests who rely on your personal service. Frictionless organization: check-in, check-out and independent guidance of your shift. Creative Mitgestaltung: You create menus, menu cards, curtains and functionsheets. Careful administration: processing of reservations, offerings and maintenance of availability and advice on online portals via our channel manager. Analysis and Optimization: Creating statistics and evaluations to support our team.

Experience in the hospitality industry and passion for guest care. Knowledge of PMS systems (e.g. Oracle Fidelio, Opera Cloud) and common office applications. Embossed guest and service orientation as well as communication strength and sales skills. Organizational talent, flexibility and the ability to work independently. Very good knowledge of German and good English. If you also enjoy your profession, willingness to learn, and warmth, then you are right with us!
