Duty Planner/Personnel Dispatcher (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the service and holiday planning for our more than 200 employees: You are responsible for our driving personnel in the field of services and use a trusted and value-assurance communication You manage the current volume of driving services You plan short-term holiday and disease representations You are planning special transports You maintain the personal data and holiday requirements of our bus drivers:inside You maintain and develop the software of our personnel disposition and work with the annual service plan creation You have fun and motivation to occupy all the driving services while keeping in mind employee satisfaction and staff needs

You have already gained initial experience in the disposition of a transport or logistics company or in the personnel service sector You have completed vocational training in the commercial sector You are willing to enter into the regulations of the District Agreement (BezTV-N RP) and the social provisions in bus transport You have a high level of social and intercultural competence and understand their tasks as a service for our driving staff You have the license of class B and the willingness to acquire the license class D
