Construction technician (m/f/d)

We are looking for the civil engineering office of the state capital of Stuttgart. The posts must be occupied without delay. The construction departments of the civil engineering office are responsible for the construction and maintenance of cycling and walking paths, stairways, roads and channels. The employees in the district coordinate the urban construction measures on site and are contact persons for all structural concerns. A degree as a state-tested technician in the field of construction technology or a completed master's examination of a comparable subject or a comparable qualification (for foreign degrees the submission of a state recognition in Germany is required) Driving licence B knowledge of tendering and billing programmes (RIB iTwo etc.) as well as for securing workstations on roads (RSA) Knowledge of the VOB/B and the performance book of the state capital Stuttgart for civil, garden and landscape construction Knowledge of additional technical contractual conditions (ZTV-A, ZTV-Asphalt etc.) Ideally professional experience in municipal civil and road construction Qualification as a certified channel remediation adviser or willingness to continue German knowledge with good expressability in word and writing
