For our market in Kirchweyhe we are looking for you at the next possible time in parttime (25-30 hours/week) as an assistance to the market management (m/w/d). You actively support the operational management of the daily business and keep a firm eye on the economic indicators. You optimise and shape sales areas, present current assortments and implement sales-promoting measures. You assign different tasks to the market team. You coordinate and check the entry of goods and the presentation of goods and have a view of the proper price award. In the everyday market, you will promote your team and advise the clientele. You work according to the quality requirements of the EDEKA Minden-Hannover and other legal requirements.

A completed training in the retail trade (e.g. saleswoman or merchant in the retail trade), business knowledge and well-founded experience in the retail trade will bring you with you. You have basic knowledge of personnel management. You act in a solution-oriented and targeted manner, communicate transparently and are empathic. With pleasure, you support the achievement of entrepreneurial goals and assume responsible tasks.
