Then become part of our team as Consultant Full time | Unlimited | 50968 Cologne Here is your energy As a service business of rhenag, we support other energy supply companies with our consulting team to successfully cope with the current challenges and legal requirements. Our tasks are diverse and varied – from natural gas conversion, municipal heat planning to increasing energy efficiency through the introduction of an energy management system (EnMS) with our customers. With expertise and fun in your tasks, you will advise energy suppliers, municipal works and network operators all over Germany, with a special focus on North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate and Hessen. Own implementation and control of projects: You take responsibility for projects and subprojects on current topics of the energy industry such as heat transfer, management systems of network operators (EnMS, Energy Audits, TSM) or crisis management. Advice to our customers: You support our customers in a variety of tasks, such as preparing for audits, organizational development, technical advice or billing of EEG systems. Participation in the energy transition: You will become an active part in customer projects and drive the energy transition through energy efficiency projects or by creating greenhouse gas balances. Design of processes: You develop efficient processes and enable our customers to establish them in the company in the long term. Knowledge transfer and cooperation: You work closely with internal specialist departments and customers and tax them to successfully implement projects. Community development of new business areas and service products: You actively contribute to the further development of our portfolio and introduce your own ideas.

Completed studies: Ideally in the field of (economic) engineering, energy systems, economics or a comparable qualification (e.g. technical training). Professional experience in the energy industry or advice: You have already gained professional experience in a relevant environment. Experience in project management: You worked actively in projects, were responsible for work packages, subprojects or even the overall project. Consultant Personality: Communication strength, customer orientation, presentation skills and a safe occurrence are of course for you and help you and us in the projects. Good knowledge of modern IT tools: You are versed in dealing with applications such as SharePoint, MS Teams and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Self-employment and targeted working methods: You like to work with our customers on site, remote or workspace with colleagues.
