Administration/further development of the CRM/distribution information system Implementation of training and provision of support as support for end-users Introduction, evaluation and implementation of sales requirements in close coordination with the relevant developers/IT Working in the implementation project, including data migration and coordination of tasks Use of Power BI to create/reflect dashboards/reports or Excel for ad-hoc analyses

Vocational training or studies in economics, (economic) computer science or a related area Experience in configuration/customizing CRM software, ideally Microsoft Dynamics Basic knowledge of programming (e.g. JavaScript, VBA), experience with Power BI and sovereign handling with Excel/Power Point Quick conception and communication strength Self-responsible working style and willingness to learn, as well as pronounced analytical conceptual skills Negotiating English
