Digital collection, maintenance and management of customer and contract data in our systems Processing and collection of insurance applications and incoming customer documents Careful documentation and management of processes in the system Administrative support in the field of customer service (no direct customer contact) Cooperation in the optimization of internal processes, e.g. in document management, together with product management

You are a registered student (m/w/d) at a university or college. You want to get insights into health insurance, customer care and digital back office processes. You work carefully, reliably and like to work independently. You are communicative, team-oriented and have fun in bringing things forward together. You learn quickly, ask the right questions and have motivation to work on new topics. You speak and write very good German, at least on C1 level.
