Practical experience in system administration of Microsoft Windows Server and client environments Experience in the administration of Windows Active Directory, Network Basic knowledge desirable First SQL knowledge desirable First-level support for common hardware (printers, PCs and laptops) and expertise in MS 365 Knowledge in the SAP (EWM) environment is desirable ITIL knowledge and Microsoft certificates are advantageous
