Head of Agile Performance & Quality (m/f/d)

You take over the technical, disciplinary and administrative management of the Agile Performance & Quality department (OEB4). You live in inspirational leadership, motivate your team and promote self-responsibility and continuous growth. You are responsible for the scalable use of agile coaches and software testers, including coordination of internal and external resources. You create a standardized methodological basis and ensure that competence, availability and lasting performance are guaranteed. You establish KPIs for measuring and promoting a performance culture. You ensure the necessary qualification of your employees and support their professional and personal development. For clear roles, reliable processes and sustainable representation. You promote feedback and recognition of successes. You control and monitor compliance with engineering processes and work on their continuous improvement. You work closely with the process owners to advance the methodological standardization and scaling of SW development. You make sure that all services are provided in time, quality and cost. You represent the department in personal matters. If necessary, you will guide in-depth projects and transformation topics.

You have a successfully completed study of computer science, natural sciences or engineering or a comparable qualification. You have well-founded experience as a situational leadership in SW development and multi-project environment. You motivate your team through inspiration and role model. You are able to use and mediate agile and traditional development methods. You have experience in the transition to agile SW development and its sustainable implementation. You work structured and forward-looking in change projects, taking into account humans and technology. You promote teamwork, open communication and a working environment characterised by trust, appreciation and the pursuit of excellence. Self-responsible action, enforcement, resilience and flexibility are your strengths. You have the ability to grasp complex relationships. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You are ready for occasional national missions.
