1st Level Supporter (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • You advise and support our customers by phone around their DSL and mobile connection • You adapt our services and services to individual customer requirements and introduce them • You are the first contact person for IT customer requests and disruptions and you work on them directly • You are responsible with every request and find suitable solutions • You explain complex technical relationships in a comprehensible way so that our customers can easily understand them

Your qualifications: • You stand up confidently and convince with your strong communication • You bring a high level of administrative knowledge • You have a quick understanding and always work structured • You have basic commercial knowledge and have already gained first experience with ticket systems
