Strategic and technical overall responsibility for the ServiceNow platform over the entire life cycle Development and control of platform vision, roadmap and ensuring sustainable value-realisation Establishment and monitoring of governance, architecture and development standards incl. Upgrade strategy Responsibility for data quality and integrity, in particular the CMDB Priority and translation of requirements in implementable platform functionality Control of license management and coordination of internal and external implementation partners

Complete training as a specialist informatics or studies of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification in IT Funded understanding of the ServiceNow platform (modules, architecture, release management) Experience in ITSM, ITOM or ESM transformations as well as knowledge in ITIL and CMDB Embossed strategic and conceptual skills with a focus on governance and scalability Experience in stakeholder management and the moderation of different interests Ability to effectively connect business requirements with technical implementation Very good German and good English skills
