This department is responsible for and ensures the top quality of our Autohero stock. Become part of our team in Ketzin and responsible for the vehicle coordination of our premium vehicles, which are prepared for our private customers and then delivered. You are responsible for coordinated process execution at the site and compliance with safety and quality features. Coordinate the vehicle movements within our processing site in Ketzin near Berlin Create the delivery notes as well as the input and output messages for our vehicles and book them in our digital system Prepare the required number of vehicles for entry and exit checks and ensure a smooth operation of our vehicle evaluators Make the prioritization of our vehicles safe and provide professional vehicle preparation in indoor and outdoor areas Override general administrative tasks, scan and override documents about our app and manage our vehicle inventory

Passion for cars and Class B driving licence Affinity for vehicle technical topics and pronounced technical understanding (workshop procedures, warehouse organization, tool technology etc.) Coordinated, structured and independent working methods Loadability, own initiative as well as pronounced team player qualities First experiences as a fleet worker or as a vehicle processor are a plus Good knowledge of German and Polish (English is a plus) and computer skills (such as Google Sheets, Word and Excel)
