The Freiburger Stadtbau Association is an association of urban real estate and service companies, which comprises the areas of housing, swimming and parking. Then you will become part of the FSB and strengthen our team at the next time in full time! Your core tasks include the independent processing of an associated Housing stock regarding all questions related to “money debt”. You take over the rental debt advice as well as advice regarding measures to reduce housing loss. You act as a personal contact for the tenants. As part of your work, you work closely with urban offices and other advisory bodies. In the case of (non-)judicial dunning procedures, notices and court proceedings, you shall take over the legal examination of legal measures relating to property. Your duties also include the production of terminations and proceedings, the submission of legal notices, the independent process management in court (lawsuit production, etc.), negotiations with the opposing legal representation and the processing of the entire cost-fixing procedure. In the context of forced clearances and other legal enforcements, you apply for executing and executing orders to court enforcement officers. In addition, you coordinate and accompany forced clearances. They are also responsible for the quality assurance of receivable and time-limit management including long-term monitoring and for the preparation of analyses and evaluations.

They have a completed commercial training with good legal skills, e.g. as a lawyer (m/w/d), a completed degree in legal care (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. They have several years of professional experience, ideally in the areas of receivable management, dunning and forced execution. Knowledge of rental law is advantageous. They are characterized by analytical thinking and a pronounced team capacity. You can easily and understand complex facts. They bring their own initiative, willingness to take responsibility, negotiation and organisational skills, persuasiveness and a high degree of social competence and service orientation. You can safely control the current MS Office applications.
