Future Science University (FSU) is a RWU's development project funded by the Innovation Foundation in Higher Education with the aim of rethinking and building a future-oriented technology study program. The focus is on project and problem-oriented learning, interdisciplinary cooperation, as well as the promotion of design and reflection competence in students. The project follows a model approach that not only tests new teaching formats, but also enables structural innovations within the university. We are looking for the next possible time Project ''Future Science University' Academic Research & Student Collaboration Officer (w/m/d) in parttime (50 % - 70 %) Application deadline: 15.03.2026 No: 14/2026 Group of charges: up to E13 Payment is made in accordance with the collective agreement of the countries (TV-L) in the event of personal conditions up to the remuneration group 13. Development of a concept for student participation in the project and study programme Coordination and management of research activities in the project Responsibility for internal and external evaluation of the project Support for research and learning in the course of study Training in scientific work Representation of project content and scientific results to the promoter and at conferences

Scientific higher education preferably in humanities or social sciences, doctorate desirable Special knowledge of student needs through experience in working with students Special knowledge of science theory, scientific work and scientific research methods and their practical application in cooperation with researchers and students Experience in quantitative and qualitative research Ideally, you have already accompanied or coordinated other researchers professionally – for example in research projects, support roles or interdisciplinary teams.
