In this responsible key role, You develop strategic negotiation and argumentation concepts within the scope of claim management and accompany complex contractual negotiations (preparation to implementation). In close coordination with Legal as well as sales and project teams, well-founded recommendations for action on project-related topics (e.g. CAPEX, EOP, etc.). You analyze and evaluate contractual contents throughout the entire project lifecycle and, in coordination with Sales, prepare independent measures in the event of breaches of contract. As a central contact person, you coordinate internal and external interfaces and support sales in contract-related communication to the outside. A legally secure, transparent document management is built and developed by you – including text modules, contract templates and negotiation guidelines. In addition, a Contract Management Sales Team performs professional and disciplinary.

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of economic law, business management, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year sales-oriented professional experience in international contract management, ideally from the automotive or technical environment. You have a sound knowledge of contract law, claim management and in cooperation with legal interfaces. We presuppose reliable knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
