Support and further development of the SAP-HCM system landscape (including PA, PY, PT and adjacent HR applications) Head of (partial) projects in the HR‐IT environment from conception to implementation Analysis, optimization and further development of personal economic processes Implementation of professional requirements in Customizing incl. Quality assurance 2nd level support and control of the incident and change management Supporting interfaces to adjacent systems Expert advice on HR areas and project management, including in the international context Training for key users and specialist departments

Multiannual, well-founded professional experience as SAP HCM Consultant Very good knowledge of SAP HCM, ideally focusing on Payroll (PY) and/or Time Economy (PT) Experience in implementation, rollout or further development projects Good understanding of HR expert processes Experience in application management and incident and change management Basic technical understanding (e.g. ABAP, SAP base, interfaces) of advantage Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English Structured, responsible and quality-oriented work
