Our Digital Media & Communication Team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!

Monitoring and assessment of public mood in online media: Provide regular reporting and insights for the team and the stakeholders concerned. Develop and refine media tracking processes to identify potential reputation risks in a timely manner Management of Unipers external digital channels, with a special focus on social media, especially LinkedIn and Instagram. Ensure that all content matches Unipers corporate messages, business goals and strategic positioning. Strong skills in copywriting are required, with a focus on both captivating storytelling and clear, informative communication Development of high-quality, appealing content for social media, blogs and the website. Implement new formats and concepts to effectively communicate Unipers transformation journey Head of the development and implementation of creative social media campaigns that match Unipers' business goals and brand strategy Supporting colleagues from the wider team for external communication in the creation of contributions and articles that position Unipers executives as leaders in the energy industry Cooperation with cross-functional teams - including internal communication, government relations, brand, HR and business units - to ensure consistent communication and brand identity across digital channels. act as an internal consultant and advise on best practices for online and social media communication Coaching and training of interested employees on best practices for posting private LinkedIn accounts. This includes the development and implementation of policies, training and resources that help employees to reconcile their personal contributions with Unipers' business goals and brand messages

Master's degree in Communication Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration or a related area 5-6 years of proven experience in social media management, digital communication and copywriting. Experience in the energy sector is beneficial Strong writing and narration skills, with the ability to develop content, bringing technical insights into engaging narratives for a broad audience Solid understanding of online marketing strategies, including social media marketing and performance management tools Experience in managing complex digital marketing and communication projects, including managing external service providers and agencies Detectional ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, manage several projects at the same time, while maintaining tight deadlines. Adaptability and resilience in dealing with changing priorities Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in an international, fast-paced environment. A cooperative team player that can interact with leading stakeholders and external partners Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German, with a strong mastery of both languages (C2 level)
