In this position, guide, motivate and promote a team of over 15 highly qualified employees. You are responsible for the development of business opportunities in Saarland and Rhineland-Palatinate. This includes the establishment and maintenance of long-term customer relationships and the active development of new markets. You ensure efficient workflows and ensure that the corporate objectives are achieved. Always keep an overview of the operational processes and optimize them continuously.
