Project management: You take over the project management for the introduction of CAFM systems in building management. Voting and reporting: You regularly coordinate projects with supervisors and report on the progress of the project as well as ensuring compliance with milestones. Training and workshops: You design and conduct training and workshops with customers, including the creation of training documents and guides. Customer support: You also serve our customers with software expertise after the successful introduction. Training: You are ready to acquire knowledge of new (partial) modules in self-study as well as in cooperation with team members and the software manufacturer.

Qualification: You have a successfully completed degree in facility management, real estate management, civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification. Experience: You bring several years of professional experience in active building or property management, ideally in the consulting environment. Know-how: You have well-founded expertise, for example in rental and contract law, as well as in the common standards. IT-Affinity: You are safe in handling the current MS Office products and have experience in handling CAFM systems. Softskills: You occur sovereignly and have pronounced communication strength and an analytical, solution-oriented mode of operation.
