Support for KiTa management in the organisational, educational and personnel management of the institution Representation of KiTa Head in the absence and takeover of management tasks in the daily business Ensuring and further developing educational quality in accordance with the pedagogical concept and legal requirements Coordination and support of pedagogical work in the groups as well as professional support of the team Participation in service and holiday planning as well as the organisation of a smooth personnel deployment Support for the incorporation of new employees, trainees and trainees Promoting an esteeming team culture and facilitating team processes and meetings Organisation and participation in projects, festivals, events and excursions of the institution Participation in the planning, implementation and further development of educational and support services Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety and protection concepts and legal requirements Cooperation with parents, consultations and support for a trusted educational partnership Participation in administrative tasks, documentation and organisational processes of the institution Support in cooperation with carriers, cooperation partners and external departments

State-recognised training as an educator, completed studies in the field of social education or childhood education An additional training in the field of social management, kita management or equivalent training would be desirable. Practical experience in the field of organisational, management and administrative competence Good expertise in early childhood education and elementary education Experience in design and quality development Communication strength, enforcement capacity, flexibility and loadability Religious pedagogical knowledge in working with children Experiences with legal bases (NKiTaG) as well as knowledge in the field of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
