Administration: Administration, distribution and digital storage of different documents of projects Search & Analysis: Individual information acquisition on customer requirements, performance descriptions and legal frameworks Document processing: Structured storage, processing and linking of offers, contracts and project-related documents Communication & Coordination: Interface function between internal departments and external partners Digital work: Safe handling of digital tools and documentation systems General correspondence and document delivery (internal/external) Creation of project-specific documentation Contact for internal and external customers

Completed commercial training or comparable High IT affinity and experience with ERP systems such as ABAS Very good handling of MS Office, MS Project and Outlook Organisational strength (accuracy, self-employment, structured and responsive work) Embossed customer orientation and team skills Secure written expressiveness and very good communication skills Very good German and good English skills JOBV1_EN
