Lead Solution Architect - Healthcare (m/f/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. Together with us, we are concerned about the digital sustainability of our country. Lead Solution Architect - Healthcare (m/w/d) from now on and in full time at one of our BWI locations. The Customer Solution Unit GesVersBw is responsible for the projects and projects of the BWI for the health care of the Bundeswehr. We take over tasks along the entire value chain, from the new and further development of technical requirements with the User organization up to the operation of the developed solutions. Development of complex IT solutions in the field of health care of the Bundeswehr

Responsibility for the design of complex solution architectures in a heterogeneous application landscape

Implementation of requirements analysis and moderation of workshops with user representatives and preparation of results (including documentation in GesVersBw architecture and relevant Requirement Engineering tools)

Creation of solution descriptions and visualization of complex IT solutions according to predefined methodology

Regular matching of the requirements with ongoing projects to which project dependencies exist

Continuous training on technology trends and issues of civil health care

Successfully completed studies in computer science, medical informatics, engineering or comparable

At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in the design of complex eHealth solutions

Deep IT technical expertise across the entire range, from IT infrastructure to application

Multiannual experience with the design of healthcare solutions and the design of security-relevant IT environments

Detection of relevant certifications in IT service management (ITIL) and requirements engineering

Detectional experience as lead architect for IT architectures and the professional management of architects, developers and service providers

Embossed analytical skills combined with a high level of commitment, target orientation and a team player mentality

Very good and target group-oriented communication skills, also direction management

Very good knowledge of German and English
