Head of Office for the Office of Building Management (m/f/d)

Management responsibility for around 130 employees in the construction and project management departments, project management master plan schools, technical building management as well as commercial and infrastructure building management Personnel, technical and organisational management and strategic development of the Office Development of modern concepts and objectives in the field of maintenance and real estate strategies and their implementation Representation of the Office in municipal bodies and perception of municipal interests in external relations Strengthening digitalization processes within the office and the city administration

Graduate (Master / Diploma) as an engineer (m/w/d) with the Department of Civil Engineering, Facility Management, Architecture, Public Management or a comparable qualification in real estate Multiannual professional experience in a management position, preferably in public administration as department or administration (m/w/d) Impressed communication skills and negotiation skills Experience in dealing with political bodies is desirable Strategic, conceptual thinking and innovative willingness Flexibility, enforcement, decision-making and sovereign occurrence
