Corporate Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

You intensively support a defined key-account customer portfolio in the business areas Road, Air & Sea and Contract Logistics You check, control and coordinate international logistics alerts across all modes of transport and act as an interface to our global branches As a member of internal project teams, you are working on customer projects with strategic relevance and long-term, partnership orientation You regularly create group analyses, quality reports and Executive Summaries, maintain the Master Data and keep the “Big Picture” in mind You prepare presentation material for customer appointments independently and take over their preparation With your proactive communication you ensure an optimal flow of information

You have successfully completed a training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services, have an economic training with experience in a sales department or can take a course You bring expertise in the international transport logistics industry and operational experience in the field of road and/or air and/or sea freight Good Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel and Power Point, and an analytical, conceptual and customer-oriented way of working belong to your everyday life as well as innovative, process-oriented and connected thinking As we move in an intercultural environment, very good English skills in word and writing are a must Empathy, high engagement and self-initiative characterize you and you enjoy professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
