Senior IT Network Administrator with a focus on infrastructure (m/f/d)

You enter and optimize our network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers) You are responsible for the safety and availability of our systems – through monitoring, error analysis and predictive measures You manage user access, networking and support in implementing IT security guidelines You can participate in the planning and introduction of new technologies – your ideas are very welcome You can document your work in a comprehensible way and shape the IT guidelines You support network problems in 2nd and 3rd level support and are a technical partner (m/w/d) for 1st level support You work closely with IT service providers to ensure smooth system integration

A completed training in IT or a comparable qualification Experience with enterprise networks and good knowledge in firewalls, routing, switching, VPN, TCP/IP and VLAN You have already worked with Fortinet or Sophos firewalls or are ready to work on these topics. Knowledge of Windows server environments and Microsoft 365 Defender are advantageous You have a good understanding of IT security standards (e.g. ISO 27001, BSI basic protection) You work structured, solution-oriented and like to introduce your own ideas You are willing to work on a site-wide basis if necessary, and bring moderate travel
