Project Manager Technical Building Services / Supply Technology (m/f/d)

You can look forward to this: In this exciting role, you conduct investment projects in the fields of TGA and Supply Technology (e.g.: refrigeration and heat generation, steam generation, compressed air supply, etc.) - your focus is on new and existing plants in our industrial plant. You combine classic project management with technical engineering. The following tasks include, among other things, your task: mastering a variety of technical challenges: you project plants in the fields, electrical engineering, heating, air conditioning and ventilation technology as well as in the media supply (e.g. cold, heat, compressed air, steam, water and gas) - but you do not have to master all the media in detail and can work in. Project management from A to Z: From concept creation to organisation and coordination to successful commissioning – you are responsible for projects independently and ensure that costs, schedules and quality are complied with. Cooperation and communication: You organize teams, conduct regular meetings and accompany project decisions in steering committees. You are an interface between internal departments, external partners and international service providers. Technical and organizational responsibility: You develop specifications and specifications, check solution variants, analyze suppliers and identify savings potentials. During assembly and commissioning you are on site and make sure everything works smoothly.
