As a SAP Data Engineer/SAP developer, you can play a leading role in the Department of Business and Real Estate at the Hamburg location. From the general department we provide IT systems, IT applications and IT consulting for our internal customers -the departments with responsibility for the real estate processes. In this position, the following main tasks await you: Responsibility Operation and further development of our Data Warehouse systems with various BI tools and products Consulting our internal customers for the use and handling of our data warehouse systems. Conception and development of data-based solutions in a responsible role and provision of accurate data for developing reports and planning systems. You are driving the topic of data-based decisions Further development of our Data Warehouse products and acquisition or Accompanying modelling Processing and processing of data throughout your life cycle in our Data Pipelines and ensuring data plausibility and performance through clean testing Development of BI products in interdisciplinary, agile and independent teams for controlling our real estate investments and real estate funds

You fit us and this position if you bring the following: Studies of (economic) informatics and professional experience in the design and development of BI/DWH solutions Finding experiences in the SAP BI environment Good knowledge of building, optimization and further development along the entire Data Supply Chain from source to data mart as well as script and programming languages (e.g. SQL, ABAP, Python) Basic knowledge of BI-frontend tools (e.g. SAP SAC, MS Power BI) Methodological approach, object-oriented or functional design, build, plot Experience in agile working methods Knowledge of HANA-based SAP BW landscapes, ideally knowledge of data processing with Azure Cloud technologies and experiences in the financial services industry A way of working, characterized by partnership, appreciation and enthusiasm and team spirit We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
