Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Technical First Level Support and IT Service for End Users: Inside
• Acceptance and independent processing of customer requests
• Trouble detection, troubleshooting and forwarding
• Processing of faults and requests in the soft and hardware area
• Development of solutions for users: on the inside or forwarding of problem messages to the second level support or the specialist groups
• Documentation of the solution after troubleshooting in the ticket system

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete vocational training as a system administrator:in/ technician:in or comparable
• First professional experience in the described subject area desirable
• Funded knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office product range as well as PC hardware
• Good user knowledge of SAP R/3 and Microsoft 365 as well as experience in First Level Support/IT Client Services
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
