For our Springer pool of the Center for Internal Medicine, we are now looking for active support. The Springer pool consists of a competence team of examinated nurses. We plan the site of use.” Your duties include: • holistic area care based on the care model according to Roper-Logan-Tierney • Planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care, based on individual wishes, needs and possibilities of patients • Preparation, assistance and care in diagnostic and therapeutic measures • close communication and cooperation with all stakeholders in the interprofessional team • psychosocial accompaniment and counselling of patients
