Administration and support: You take responsibility for our specially developed and hosted application for the management of refugee accommodation in our data center – as well as for other digital tools in the Johanniter world.

Support and support: As a central contact person, you support our users in questions. You answer questions from the associations by phone, e-mail or remote maintenance – always solution-oriented and service-oriented.

Adaptation and further development: You can see where optimizations are possible. Together with the Key Users, you collect requirements, agree with the development team and accompany the implementation – including update coordination and user information.

Onboarding and rollout: Interested associations introduce the application and introduce it step by step – from data import to accommodation management.

Training and knowledge transfer: You make new colleagues fit in handling the application and keep training in practice. You can also keep the manual up to date.

Application support: In addition, you will support further applications from the operational area of the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe with your team.
