You independently check and process damages from notification to solution You create damage logs, send rejections and document all steps in internal systems You carry out daily hall tours, check the package status and start evaluations You analyze complaints, evaluate liability issues and take measures to avoid damage You check monthly damages and balance them with internal data

You have a successfully completed commercial training You already have professional experience in the field of material processing, at best in the damage department You are a goal-oriented organizational talent that is particularly distinguished by an analytical way of thinking You can use Office - especially Excel You fluently master German in word and writing
