Technical Platforms Management (m/f/d)

Our technical platforms form the foundation for the digitization of our corporate capabilities, business processes and products. As a Lead Technical Platform, you are responsible for the portfolio of our technical platforms and are constantly developing the technological capabilities of our company. You will ensure that our platforms remain efficient, secure, scalable and sustainable and thus enable the sustainable success of our business solutions. You are responsible for the strategic orientation and the continuous development of our technical-platform portfolio You develop the technological target architecture of our platform landscape in close cooperation with the Enterprise Architecture You guide and coach our Technical Platform Manager professionally and establish a uniform approach to architecture, governance, operating models and platform standards You are responsible for the further development of central platforms in the areas of cloud-native platforms, integration, DevOps and Data & Analytics You develop standards and best practices for API management, Event-Driven Architecture, Automation, Infrastructure as Code, and Observability You make sure that our platforms meet the requirements of our business solutions in terms of availability, performance, scalability, security and economy You evaluate new technologies and platform services and develop the technological roadmap of our digital ecosystem You work closely with Lead Business Solution, Enterprise Architecture and other stakeholders and ensure consistent development of the solution and platform landscape You are responsible for budgets, resources and performance indicators at portfolio level. You control strategic technology partners and manufacturers as well as cross-disciplinary platform initiatives

Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the strategic development and operation of complex technical platforms as well as cloud-native system landscapes Knowledge of modern software and platform architectures, in particular service-oriented, cloud-native and event-controlled architectures (event-driven architecture) Experience in the design and operation of container-based platforms based on Kubernetes Very good knowledge in building and operating modern DevOps platforms including continuous integration, continuous delivery and infrastructure as code Experience in building and developing integration platforms, API management and service-oriented integration architectures Knowledge of modern observability concepts for monitoring, analysis and optimization of distributed systems Experience in the professional leadership of interdisciplinary teams as well as in stakeholder and vendor management Designed analytical skills, strategic thinking and structured and solution-oriented working High communication and decision-making strength and joy in driving technological innovation
