The Base Maintenance Planning Coordinator is responsible for the planning and control of major maintenance events, C- / B-Checks and the change of large components according to EASA regulations for both EAT and contract partners responsibilities: Continuous monitoring of the maturity of extensive maintenance events with the help of MIS/ TRAX over a period of at least 5 years Creation, updating and regular distribution of an annual and four-month maintenance plan Timely planning of maintenance in consultation with the contractually agreed maintenance companies, the NCG network, engineering and the operator Creation of work packages and the online provision of the documentation for the maintenance companies Timely adaptation of existing work packages in case of operational requirements Provision of data for spare parts required for the maintenance event as well as forwarding to the logistics Timely coordination of technical and logistics representations to ensure a constant coverage of all maintenance events on site Preparation, calculation, control and adjustment of the annual budget for planned extensive maintenance B/C checks for both EAT and contractors in cooperation with the financial department Maintenance and distribution of the daily report of long-term planning, which reflects the current progress of maintenance, the current planned end date and the main findings regarding complaints and their impact on subsequent maintenance planning Continuous monitoring of KPIs and improving existing processes with the help of “First Choice” methods and tools Support for digital archiving for completed work packages
