They act as a central interface between service teams, IT departments and external partners to ensure the seamless transition of service processes into the new system landscape. Together with the departments, you develop strategic and operational solutions for the service organisations in the HC division They define and monitor the service processes, governance models and IT solutions for the transition to S/4 HANA. They coordinate global teams and work closely with management, implementation partners and IT experts to ensure a smooth transition.
