Job description:

• Responsible control of the entire recruiting process – from demand determination to onboarding

• Creation and publication of targets Job advertisements

• Selection of suitable recruiting channels and active sourcing suitable candidate: inside

• Conducting interviews and consulting of the departments in the Personnel selection

• Completion of employer-branding measures and participation in Career fairs

• Close cooperation with personnel marketing and operating Areas

Qualifications:

• Completed training or completed studies

• First professional experience in recruiting

• Communication strength, initiative and a good feeling for People

• Structured working and organizational talent

• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
