Ensuring customer satisfaction of our German and international customers by fulfilling all customer service tasks Close cooperation with our sales and shipping department Processing of telephone and written customer requests and coordination with our sales partners Customer consulting, order acquisition, changes and disposition Advertising processing Active telephone sales of our products and promotions Communication with our community on social media Participation in various projects

A successfully completed commercial training Experience in customer service and/or sales A very good handling of the German language in word and writing Good English skills in word and writing, further foreign language desirable Funded IT skills (MS-Office) as well as experience in handling an ERP system, preferably SAGE High service and customer orientation An independent and structured way of working Embossed solution orientation and safe negotiation skills Engagement, empathy, motivation and commitment
