You should be a distributor - this will be your core business with us You support our recruiting from the processing of the application input via communication with applicants to the care of candidate profiles and master data You prepare application documents, process administrative recruiting processes and support talent management You're researching potential customers:inside, you're reviewing their data, and you'll find out how to prepare customer responses You are publishing and advocating self-contained job advertisements on different recruiting channels and supports active-sourcing You take on your own tasks in recruiting and sales and work on cross-disciplinary projects

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German knowledge according to language level C1 as well as good English knowledge (at least B1) You bring a high level of readiness and have ideally gained first experience in customer contact You’re interested in technical topics, you’ll be able to perform communication-strong and self-confidence and work in the team You are safe to use the current MS Office applications Career prospects: If you have successfully passed the final exam, you have the opportunity to take over with numerous development possibilities.
