In your role, you are the first contact person for our external partner companies for Mondays. You support us in the planning and control of our resources and ensure an ideal utilization. Compliance with our quality standards is your focus and you check and continually improve our processes. With the help of key figures, you evaluate our suppliers and initiate further development measures. As a communicative interface, you are responsible for effective communication between all internal and external stakeholders. You can also create reports and ensure availability. When coordinating local visits, you pay particular attention to the quality.

You have a completed commercial training with corresponding professional experience and/or a study or a comparable qualification. Ideally, multiannual experience in a similar field is complemented by the control of external service providers. Strong analytical skills: You are able to analyze complex relationships and meet sound conclusions. You are safe to use MS Office and ready to work on new systems. You are communal and you are fun to work with other people.
