In the course of further growth and sustainable ensuring process and quality stability, additional leadership skills are sought in production. The position is also specifically aimed at qualified professionals who want to take the next step and have previously only gained first or no formal leadership experience. A structured incorporation and step-by-step construction of leadership responsibility are provided.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a growing team Planning, monitoring and continuous optimization of production processes in terms of quality, timing, throughput times and productivity Ensuring compliance with the quality requirements according to DIN EN ISO 13485 Release of first samples and series productions Technical coordination with customers (OEMs) Active operational cooperation in production

Complete training as a surgical mechanic or comparable (e.g. precision or tool mechanic in the medical technology field) Experience in the production of surgical instruments Continuing training to master desirable, but no compelling need Knowledge of grinding, polishing, straightening and mounting Understanding test plans, measuring instruments, end controls, traceability, documentation and deviation management Clear communication, enforcement and role model function
