What you do with us: You have a high degree of reliability and accuracy and have fun supporting colleagues with data and facts? Then we like to count on you. Your support is in demand: You are focusing on administrative tasks in the Team Administration & Accounting. You take responsibility: you create contractual changes and work certificates. You have everything in mind: for example, the appointment coordination and organization of meetings. You set high standards: You are responsible for the maintenance of electronic personal records and the maintenance of master data via SAP.

What convinces us: First of all, your personality: your reliable working and team skills. Your current (special) university course with an economic background and a focus on staff, or a comparable course of study, will last at least one year. Your good knowledge of the current MS Office applications. Ideally, first experiences in handling SAP systems. Your availability of 18-20 hours a week during the semester (up to full time during the semester holidays).
