HLS Ingenieur - Building Concepts / Heating / Ventilation / Sanitary (m/f/d)

You design and plan forward-looking HLS systems for new and existing buildings and accompany the projects independently through all performance phases of the HOAI. In close coordination with architects, builders and internal project teams, you will represent your specialist planning in planning meetings and ensure smooth processes. You create detailed lists of services and technical specifications as a precise basis for the tendering and awarding of the works. You take over the technical and economic examination of offers, actively participate in the award and assist in monitoring the project budgets. With your expertise, you contribute significantly to implementing innovative and resource-saving solutions in building technology and ensuring project success.

You bring a completed study in the field of supply technology / TGA, a further education to the technician or a master qualification. You have relevant professional experience in the planning of HLS systems, ideally in an engineering office or installation company. You are safe in handling the planning phases of HOAI and the interfaces to other structures. Your enthusiasm for sustainable building concepts and innovative technologies drives you. You communicate in English in word and writing (C1 level).
