In compliance with the quality management guidelines, you support the Technical Repair Service (TRS) Manager in daily routine tasks You take over administrative activities for both the TRS supervisor and the TRS coordinators as well as the entire TRS team, especially when creating presentations and maintaining the KPI monitors They support the Senior TRS Quality Specialist in the editorate of the changed quality management documents You help the Senior Technical Support Development Specialist in ordering They work in the sustainable review of compliance with existing processes and their continuous improvement with They support project and process development

You have a successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector or comparable qualifications Ideally, you are raising several years of professional experience in the field of assistance or office management You have very good knowledge of MS Office Their mode of operation can be described as targeted, structured, independent and organized You like to work in the team and convince with your sense of responsibility Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
