In the debitor accounting in the Business Unit Trade Germany, we control the diverse accounting processes for our wholesale, online and other customers. We ensure that all deliveries and services are fully charged and all claims are regulated. Now we are looking for you - a dedicated leadership personality that goes with us new ways and leads our REWE online team with heart and mind.

What you do with us:

Responsibility for a dedicated REWE online team (collection and delivery service, Pick&Go) of ten employees – professional and disciplinary. You promote their further development and strengthen their competencies. With your expertise, you contribute to the optimization and further development of processes in debitor management – with the aim of minimising risks and increasing efficiency. You can support monthly and annual accounts reliably and always keep an overview of working conditions and deadlines. Suitable key figures are compiled together and you are responsible for transparent reporting to all relevant stakeholders.

You have a successfully completed business studies or a comparable qualification and relevant professional experience in accounting. This allows you to demonstrate practical professional experience in accounting and basic knowledge from the HGB and IFRS. Ideally, you have first (scientific and/or disciplinary) leadership experience - this is a plus, not a must. You have a strong interest in IT affinity work, are safe in handling MS Office applications and have at best experience in handling SAP R/3, SAP S/4 HANA and/or SAP S/4 FI-CA Strong communication skills, a healthy level of enforcement and first leadership experiences complete your profile.
