(w/m/d) is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of the plant and for the management of the employees (w/m/d). These include the following tasks: You run the office, run your employees (w/m/d) by integrating them, promoting them and using their skills. You will also participate in the selection of future colleagues (w/m/d). In addition, you are responsible for process optimization and have cost optimization, economic indicators and budgets as well as future technical and organizational developments in mind You support the planning of measures and the control and monitoring of maintenance work, including the participation in re- and new construction planning and the assignment of foreign companies In addition, you will accompany the construction of the drinking and wastewater network and support the regional management in the development of the region

You have a further training to the network master (w/m/d) or alternatively a further training to the master (w/m/d) pipe, channel and industrial service or about a comparable development in the field of civil engineering (e.g. technicians (w/m/d) civil engineering) You have several years of professional experience in the planning or construction of civil engineering and piping engineering measures or professional experience in network operation of a supply and disposer You ideally bring relevant professional experience into the processes and procedures of a supply and disposal system operator with You have multiannual professional experience in disciplinary or alternatively in professional leadership or are willing to build this knowledge in a development period You have the willingness to participate in executive training You have knowledge of the relevant technical regulations and can apply them SAP knowledge is desirable In addition, you are strong in communication, willing to make decisions and reach your goals by convincing appearance Your German knowledge corresponds at least to the language level B2 You are owned by the rating class B

Flexible working time regulation Employment in accordance with the collective agreement utilities (TV-V) with remuneration in accordance with group 10 (incl. 13th monthly salary).
